dc.description.abstractThe aim of the hereby paper is to present the perspectives and premises of development of telework, as well as presentation of economic and social benefits that can be achieved using information and communication tools for task realization. The paper depicts the dynamics of development of telework, telework in Poland and social and economical aspects of such type of work. Application of digital tools for task realization offers numerous economic benefits and can determine the ability to compete or even gain competitive edge of an organization both today and tomorrow. Telework is a form of work beneficial from economical, ethical and ecological point of view. The presented aspects of telework as the source of economic and social benefits draw attention to relevance, even necessity, of creation of the right conditions favorable for implementation and development of such a form of organization of work. The growth of telework depends on the level of acceptance of such a work organization form by both the employees and the employers. Acceptance of telework is a matter concerning the whole society. Telework appears to be the perfect alternative for the traditional form of work. Equipped in a variety of benefits, it offers certain economic and social advantages.pl
