| dc.description.abstract | Praca zatytułowana „BHP w pracy nauczyciela przedmiotów zawodowych w szkole o profilu mechanik samochodowy. Ryzyko zawodowe i jego ocena” miała na celu scharakteryzowanie wyzwań z zakresu BHP, które występują w pracy nauczyciela przedmiotów zawodowych w szkole o profilu mechanik samochodowy. Jej rozważania podzielono na trzy części. W pierwszej skupiono się na bezpieczeństwie i higienie pracy pod kątem definicji, podstaw prawnych oraz zagrożeń. Część druga to metodologia badań własnych. Trzeci rozdział zawiera analizę ryzyka zawodowego w pracy nauczyciela przedmiotu mechanik samochodowy w badanej szkole. W toku badań własnych ustalono, że nauczyciel przedmiotów zawodowych w szkole o profilu mechanik samochodowy wystawiony jest na specyficzne zagrożenia, co wynika z charakterem przekazywanych treści i obecnością urządzeń technicznych służących nauczaniu przedmiotowemu, a co za tym idzie w sposób szczególny powinno się dążyć do poprawy jego bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy. Respektowanie norm BHP przez nauczyciela jest kluczowe, gdyż zapewnia mu bezpieczeństwo i daje przykład uczniom, którzy dostrzegają znaczenie właściwego postępowania i wdrażają je w swojej pracy zawodowej. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the dissertation titled '' Occupational Health and Safety at work of the teacher , who teaches mechanics subjects. The professional risk and its rating'' was to characterize the challenges from the field of safety and hygiene of the work that can be found in the work of a teacher of the professional subjects in the school for the car mechanics. The reflections included within the work were divided into the three parts. The first one focuses on the safety and hygiene of the work in terms of definitions, law regulations and dagers. The second part presents the methodology of the own empirical research of the paper's author. The third one includes the analisysof the professional risk in the work of the teacher of the professional subjects in the researched school for the car mechanics. The own research allowed the author for stating that the teacher of the mentioned subjects faces very specific dangers which is associated with the character of the material and the presence of the technical devices devoted to teaching the material. This means that it is necessary to take a special care about his work's safety and hygiene conditions. The key aspect is the teacher's respecting of the Occupational Health and Safety at work rules , because it warrants his safety and gives the example to the pupils which allows them to see the proper way of action and implement the best rules into their own work. | pl |
