| dc.description.abstract | Zastanawiając się nad wyborem hotelu lub pensjonatu na wakacyjny lub zimowy wypoczynek w Krynicy-Zdrój warto zapoznać się z historią tego miejsca. Praca : „Analiza możliwości i opłacalności inwestowania w pensjonat na terenie miasta Krynica – Zdrój” przedstawia zagadnienia dotyczące pensjonatów oraz środowiska turystycznego jakim jest miasto Krynica – Zdrój. Przedstawiona jest tu także historia hotelarstwa w Polsce i na świecie. Istotnym elementem jest szczegółowa analiza środowiska hotelarskiego oraz specyfika funkcjonowania uzdrowiska poparta na wnikliwych badaniach, korzyści i zagrożenia wynikające z utworzenia pensjonatu w tym rejonie. W pracy opisana jest także opłacalność utworzenia pensjonatu w wymiarze społecznym i ekonomicznym na terenie miasta, opis przedsięwzięcia i ogólna charakterystyka działalności. | pl |

Thesis „Cost-benefit and feasibility analysis for hotel investment in the Krynica-Zdrój region” presents the issues of guest house and tourist industry that is the city recreation . It also presents the history of hotel industry in Poland and around the world. An important element is the detailed analysis of the hotel industry environment and the specification of the health resort operation supported by the insightful research, the benefits and risks of creating a guest house in the area. Thesis describes the creation of the profitability of guest house in the social and economic in the city, a description of the project and the general characteristics of the business. | pl |
