| dc.description.abstract | Małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa wnoszą duży wkład w gospodarkę krajową. Dlatego tak ważny jest wzrost konkurencyjności tego sektora, czynnikiem który go wspiera są dotacje unijne. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono jednoosobową firmę „Ski serwis, serwis alpinizmu”. Na przykładzie tej firmy pokazano potencjalny wpływ funduszy unijnych na rozwój przedsiębiorstwa. Za pomocą modelu Churchilla i Lewis określono etap rozwoju badanej firmy oraz zaproponowano dalszy rozwój, natomiast dzięki metodzie POS określono determinanty wzrostu przedsiębiorstwa, organizacji oraz strategii. Dzięki dotacjom firma ma szansę na rozwój i odniesienie sukcesu. Pomaga w rozwinięciu nowej działalności, finansuje np. zakup potrzebnego sprzętu. Pomimo, że pozyskanie dofinansowania jest trudnym i czasochłonnym procesem, należy się o nie starać. | pl |

That is why so the growth of the competitiveness of this sector important is, he the factor which him supports there are unijne grants-in-aid. The one-man firm was introduced in the present work „Ski service, the service of the climbing”. The potential influence of EU funds was showed on the example of this firm on the development of the enterprise. Qualify the stage of the development of the studied firm for the help of the model Churchill and Lewis and propose the more far development, however the determinants of the growth of enterprise, organization and strategy were qualified thanks to the method POS. The firm has the chance on development and the reference of the success thanks to grants-in-aid. He helps in the development of the new activity, the purchase of necessary equipment funds e.g.. In spite, that over refinancing is the difficult and time-consuming process, he is due about not to try. | pl |
