Abstrakt
Economic and legal circumstances of the operation of local public
transport are a set of framework guidelines, which form the image of the
sphere of transport activity of local governments.
The purpose of this paper is to conduct a general examination of the
economic and legal circumstances of the organization and operation of
the transport system. This paper presents two models of solutions of the
organization and operation of the local public transport system: the budget
model and market model.
