dc.description.abstractCelem ogólnym pracy jest przedstawienie istoty, procesu i metod realizacji kontroli określonych podmiotów oraz wyciągnięcie wniosków na podstawie dostępnych danych i tym samym zwrócenie uwagi na ogrom problemów w sferze wykroczeń przeciwko prawom pracowniczym. Podstawową metodą badawczą wykorzystaną w pracy jest analiza danych zamieszczony w sprawozdaniach z działalności Okręgowego Inspektoratu Pracy w Krakowie. Na podstawie wyników kontroli przeprowadzonych przez inspektorów Okręgowego Inspektoratu Pracy w Krakowie można stwierdzić, że skala nieprawidłowości w sferze prawa pracy i zasad bhp jest duża. Większość z nich spowodowana była kryzysem ekonomicznym i odbiła się dużym echem na pracodawcach i co za tym idzie także pracownikach. Zrealizowane kontrole wykazały nieprawidłowości przede wszystkim w takich obszarach jak wynagrodzenie, stosunek pracy, czas pracy, ochrona pracy i legalność zatrudnienia. Dokonana analiza pozwoliła na wyciągnięcie wniosków i weryfikację sformułowanych hipotez. Ponadto zwrócono uwagę na działania prewencyjne, które w dużej mierze przyczyniają się do zwiększenia świadomości wśród pracodawców i pracowników.pl
dc.description.abstractThe overall aim of my thesis is to present the essence, the process and methods of implementation of control of certain entities and also to make conclusions on the basis of available data. My intention is also to draw attention to the enormity of the problems in the area of employment law violations. The basic research method used in the study is data analysis presented in the reports of the District Labour Inspectorate in Krakow Based on the results of inspections carried out by inspectors of the District Labour Inspectorate in Krakow it can be concluded that the scale of irregularities in the field of labor law and the principles of safety is high. Most of them were caused by the economic crisis and had a great impact on employers and the employees. Completed inspections have shown abnormalities mainly in such areas as wages, employment relationships, working hours, labour safety and legality of employment. The analysis made it possible to draw conclusions and to verify formulated hypotheses . In addition, attention was paid to preventive measures, which largely help to raise awareness among employers and employees.pl
