Dane geoprzestrzenne w biznesie
W części teoretycznej przedstawiono przegląd zastosowań analizy geoprzestrzennej w wybranych sektorach gospodarski wskazując na rosnącą rolę danych satelitarnych i systemów monitoringu przestrzennego w optymalizacji procesów biznesowych.
W części badawczej przeanalizowano działanie autorskiego modelu zaimplementowanego w języku Python, który wykorzystuje metodę sumy ważonej (WSM) w ramach podejścia MCDA. Model integruje czynniki środowiskowe, ekonomiczne i logistyczne w celu oceny atrakcyjności lokalizacji gospodarstwa ekologicznego w województwie dolnośląskim.
This thesis addresses the use of geospatial data in business decision-making processes with particular emphasis on investment site selection in the organic farming sector. The main objective of the study was to develop and test an analytical model supporting location decisions using GIS tools and multi-criteria decision-making methods. The theoretical part presents an overview of geospatial analysis applications in selected sectors of the economy, highlighting the growing influence of satellite data and spatial monitoring systems in optimizing business processes. The research examines the performance of an original model implemented in Python which had applied the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) within the MCDA framework. The model integrates environmental, economic and logistical factors to assess the attractiveness of potential locations for an organic farm in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The analysis had a simulation character and included scenarios reflecting different investment priorities as well as an evaluation of result stability through sensitivity analysis. Results indicate that multi-criteria geospatial analysis can serve as an effective tool for supporting investment decisions and reducing strategic risk.
