Zintegrowany model controllingu operacyjnego, logistycznego i personalnego w magazynie e-commerce - studium przypadku Albert Heijn Online (Oosterhout)

Abstract

Praca dotyczy funkcjonowania zintegrowanego modelu controllingu operacyjnego, logistycznego i personalnego w magazynie e-commerce Albert Heijn Online w Oosterhout. Celem pracy była ocena wpływu controllingu na efektywność procesów magazynowych, jakość realizacji zamówień oraz organizację pracy pracowników. W części teoretycznej omówiono istotę controllingu, jego funkcje, narzędzia oraz znaczenie w przedsiębiorstwach e-commerce. Przedstawiono również charakterystykę działalności Albert Heijn Online oraz organizację pracy magazynu. W części badawczej wykorzystano ankietę skierowaną do 46 pracowników magazynu, obserwację uczestniczącą oraz analizę danych operacyjnych. Wyniki badań wskazały, że controlling operacyjny, logistyczny i personalny wpływa na wydajność pracy, ograniczanie błędów kompletacyjnych, organizację zmian oraz sprawność realizacji procesów magazynowych. Praca pokazuje, że integracja tych obszarów pozwala lepiej identyfikować problemy organizacyjne i logistyczne oraz wspiera podejmowanie decyzji zarządczych. W zakończeniu przedstawiono wnioski oraz rekomendacje dotyczące dalszego usprawniania funkcjonowania magazynu e-commerce.This thesis examines the functioning of an integrated operational, logistics and personnel controlling model in the Albert Heijn Online e-commerce warehouse in Oosterhout. The aim of the thesis was to assess the impact of controlling on the efficiency of warehouse processes, the quality of order fulfilment and the organization of employees' work. The theoretical part discusses the essence of controlling, its functions, tools and importance in e-commerce enterprises. It also presents the characteristics of Albert Heijn Online and the organization of warehouse operations. The empirical part is based on a survey conducted among 46 warehouse employees, participant observation and the analysis of operational data. The research results indicate that operational, logistics and personnel controlling have a significant impact on work efficiency, the reduction of order-picking errors, shift organization and the effectiveness of warehouse processes. The thesis demonstrates that the integration of these controlling areas enables more effective identification of organizational and logistics problems and supports managerial decision-making. The conclusion presents the main findings of the research and provides recommendations for further improvement of warehouse management and operational efficiency in the e-commerce environment.
