Wpływ doświadczeń z dzieciństwa na rozwój kariery zawodowej Dorosłych Dzieci Alkoholików

Abstract

Celem pracy była analiza wpływu doświadczeń dorastania w rodzinie z problemem alkoholowym na funkcjonowanie zawodowe osób dorosłych. Badanie przeprowadzono w paradygmacie jakościowym z wykorzystaniem metody studium przypadku. Wzięło w nim udział pięć osób dorosłych wychowanych w rodzinach z problemem alkoholowym. Zastosowano wywiad pogłębiony oraz narzędzia psychometryczne: KPR-Roc, CISS i GSES. Wyniki wskazują, że doświadczenia z dzieciństwa wpływają na styl radzenia sobie ze stresem, poziom odpowiedzialności oraz poczucie własnej skuteczności. Jednocześnie badane osoby wykazują zasoby adaptacyjne, takie jak wytrwałość i wysoka motywacja. Uzyskane rezultaty podkreślają znaczenie uwzględniania doświadczeń rodzinnych w praktyce psychologicznej i terapeutycznej.

The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of growing up in a family with an alcohol problem on the occupational functioning of adults. The study was conducted within a qualitative research paradigm using the case study method. Five adults raised in families with alcohol-related problems participated in the study. The research employed in-depth interviews and psychometric tools: the Retrospective Assessment of Parents’ Attitudes Questionnaire (KPR-Roc), the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS), and the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). The results indicate that childhood experiences influence coping styles, the level of responsibility, and the sense of self-efficacy. At the same time, participants demonstrated adaptive resources such as perseverance and high work motivation. The findings highlight the importance of considering family experiences in psychological and therapeutic practice.
