| dc.description.abstract | Praca poświęcona jest znaczeniu arteterapii w regulacji emocji u osób z zaburzeniami lękowymi. Głównym celem badań było określenie wpływu terapii przez sztukę na poziom odczuwanego lęku, funkcjonowanie emocjonalne oraz wybrane cechy osobowości uczestniczek. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na możliwość wykorzystania działań twórczych jako narzędzia wspierającego proces terapeutyczny i poprawiającego dobrostan psychiczny. Badania przeprowadzono w grupie 30 kobiet w wieku od 31 do 51 lat. W trakcie programu terapeutycznego zastosowano różnorodne techniki arteterapeutyczne, takie jak rysunek, malarstwo, kolaż, drama, muzykoterapia oraz ćwiczenia relaksacyjne. Do oceny efektów wykorzystano standaryzowane narzędzia psychologiczne: NEO-FFI, STAI oraz KPŻ, które pozwoliły na analizę zmian zachodzących w sferze emocjonalnej i osobowościowej. Uzyskane wyniki wykazały, że udział w zajęciach arteterapeutycznych przyczyniał się do obniżenia poziomu lęku, zmniejszenia neurotyczności oraz poprawy regulacji emocji. Zaobserwowano również wzrost poczucia sensu życia i większą zdolność radzenia sobie z trudnymi emocjami. Wyniki potwierdzają, że arteterapia może stanowić wartościową i skuteczną formę wsparcia psychologicznego dla osób zmagających się z zaburzeniami lękowymi. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the role of art therapy in emotion regulation among individuals with anxiety disorders. The aim of the study was to determine the impact of art therapy on anxiety levels, emotional functioning, and selected personality traits of the participants. Particular attention was paid to the potential of creative activities as a therapeutic tool supporting emotional expression and psychological well-being among individuals experiencing anxiety-related difficulties. The study was conducted with 30 women aged 31–51 years. Various art therapy techniques were employed, including drawing, painting, collage, drama therapy, music therapy, and relaxation exercises. The psychological assessment tools used in the study were the NEO-FFI, STAI, and KPŻ questionnaires. These instruments enabled the evaluation of changes in anxiety levels, emotional functioning, and selected personality characteristics among the participants. The results indicated that art therapy contributes to reducing anxiety levels, decreasing neuroticism, and improving emotion regulation and sense of meaning in life. The findings confirm that art therapy can serve as an effective form of psychological support for individuals with anxiety disorders. | en |
