dc.description.abstractRozwój polskiego rynku nieruchomości jest bardzo zróżnicowany w zależności od regionu zaś ceny nieruchomości rosną w dużym tempie. W niniejszej pracy została przedstawiona rola jaką w stosunku do ceny mieszkań dogrywa liczba studentów w dużych aglomeracjach miejskich. Metody badawcze zastosowane w pracy to przede wszystkim regresja liniowa oraz korelacja ceny do liczby studentów na podstawie danych z Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego. Podsumowując niniejszą pracę można śmiało stwierdzić, iż na cenę mieszkań mają wpływ nie tylko czynniki gospodarcze, ale też liczba studentów uczących się w danej miejscowości.pl
dc.description.abstractDevelopment of the Polish real estate market is very diversified depending on the region however property prices are rising at a high pace. This thesis presents the relation of number of university students in the particular city to housing prices. Research method used in the thesis is primarily linear regression and correlation of price to the number of university students on the basis of data from the Central Statistical Office. Conclusion of the thesis is that the price of housing is not only affected by the economic factors but also the number of university students studying in particular city.pl
