Abstract

Praca magisterska poświęcona jest analizie budżetu gminy Kalisz Pomorski jako podstawowego narzędzia prowadzenia lokalnej polityki finansowej. Celem opracowania było przedstawienie struktury budżetu, źródeł dochodów oraz kierunków wydatków gminy, a także ocena efektywności gospodarowania środkami publicznymi w latach 2021–2024.This master's thesis analyzes the Kalisz Pomorski commune's budget as a fundamental tool for local financial policy. The aim of the study was to present the budget structure, sources of revenue, and directions of expenditures for the commune, as well as to assess the effectiveness of public funds management in 2021–2024.
