Abstrakt
Niniejsza praca ma charakter teoretyczno-empiryczny. Głównym celem przeprowadzonych badań była analiza zależności między poziomem dobrostanu psychicznego a stylami radzenia sobie ze stresem oraz porównanie tych zależności u studentów pracujących i niepracujących. Podstawę analizy stanowiły wyniki 65 studentów podejmujących aktywność zawodową oraz niepodejmujących jej. W badaniu zastosowano trzy narzędzia badawcze: Skalę Dobrostanu Psychicznego WHO-5, Skalę Odczuwanego Stresu PSS-10 oraz Kwestionariusz radzenia Sobie w Sytuacjach Stresowych CISS oraz metryczkę obejmującą dane socjodemograficzne i dodatkowe. W prezentowanej analizie uwzględniono wyniki uzyskane w skali WHO-5 oraz kwestionariusza CISS. Rezultaty badania wykazały zależności między poziomem dobrostanu psychicznego a stylami radzenia sobie ze stresem. Nie odnotowano istotnego wpływu aktywności zawodowej na analizowane zależności. Przeprowadzone badania mogą przyczynić się do lepszego zrozumienia związku między dobrostanem psychicznym a stylami radzenia sobie ze stresem. Otrzymane wyniki mogą stanowić podstawę do ukierunkowania działań wspierających dobrostan psychiczny studentów oraz promowania adaptacyjnych strategii radzenia sobie ze stresem w codziennym funkcjonowaniu tej grupy.
The presented thesis is theoretical and empirical. The main aim of the research was to analyze the effects of psychological well-being on coping style and comparison of these correlation of working and unemployed students. The study was conducted on a sample of 65 participants, including working and non-working students. The following psychological test were used in the study: World Health Organization Well-Being Index WHO-5, Perceived Stress Scale PSS-10, Coping Inventory for Stressful Situtations CISS and an author-developed questionnaire. The presented analysis includes the results obtained using WHO-5 and CISS. The results indicated a relationship between psychological well-being and coping styles. Employment status did not significantly affect these relationships. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between coping styles and psychological well-being among students. The results of the study may provide a basis for developing actions for support students’ mental well-being and promoting adaptive stress coping strategies in their daily lives.
