The aim of this study was to analyze the level of resilience in a group of technical school teachers, their satisfaction with life and job satisfaction, and to determine the importance of selected sociodemographic and situational factors for the well-being of the participants. The study was conducted among 100 technical school teachers using standardized psychometric tools: the SPP-25 Resilience Measurement Scale, the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), and the Job Satisfaction Scale (SSP), as well as a sociodemographic data questionnaire and questions regarding subjective assessment of health and financial situation. The results indicated significant positive relationships between resilience and satisfaction with life and work, with a stronger relationship for job satisfaction. No significant relationships were found between age, length of service, and life satisfaction. In the case of job satisfaction, the relationship with length of service was weak. However, subjective assessment of health and financial situation played an important role in well-being.
