POSTAWY ŻYCIOWE I POCZUCIE SENSU ŻYCIA U OSÓB DOŚWIADCZAJĄCYCH MOBBINGU W PRACY
The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between workplace mobbing and life attitudes as well as the sense of meaning in life among individuals who had experienced mobbing. The research employed the Life Attitude Profile Questionnaire (LAP-R) by G. T. Reker in the Polish adaptation by R. Klamut and an original questionnaire concerning mobbing experiences. The study involved 100 participants who declared having experienced mobbing at work and who still reported psychological discomfort related to these experiences. Participants were members of support groups for individuals affected by workplace mobbing and work-related crises. Data were collected through an online survey. The results indicated relationships between selected aspects of mobbing experiences and certain dimensions of life attitudes. Differences in selected LAP-R scales were observed depending on age, work experience, and duration of mobbing. Younger participants and those exposed to long-term mobbing obtained lower scores in dimensions related to meaning in life and existential adaptation. The findings suggest that workplace mobbing may be associated with a reduced sense of meaning in life and changes in individuals' life attitudes.
