| dc.description.abstract | W niniejszej pracy dokonano omówienia kwestii konfliktów w organizacjach oraz metod ich skutecznego rozwiązywania, ze szczególnym uwzględnienie negocjacji i mediacji. W tym celu zaprezentowano najpierw podłoże teoretyczne problemu, a następnie przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych. Rozważania autorki zmierzały do zweryfikowania hipotezy, iż wiek, stan cywilny oraz wykształcenie uczestników konfliktu mają istotne znaczenie przy próbie szybkiego porozumienia. Hipoteza ta została potwierdzona w wyniku badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych na zróżnicowanej grupie respondentów- pracowników jednego z sądeckich centrów handlowych, przy pomocy kwestionariusza ankiety opracowanego przez autora pracy. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis discuss an issue of conflicts in organization and the methods of their effective solving, with particular reference to negotiations and mediations. For this purpose first the theoretical basis and then the outcomes of personal research are presented. Author’s considerations aim to validating the hypothesis, that the age, the marital status and the level of education of conflict’s participants have essential meaning at the attempt of the quick agreement. This hypothesis is confirmed as a result of the questionnaire survey conducted on the diversified group of respondents- employees the one of shopping centres in Nowy Sącz. It was achieved by using the survey worked out by author of the thesis. | pl |
