dc.description.abstract	The paper deals with the issues concerning the image management. Measures in this field can and ought to be taken up not only by private companies, but also by organizations of public administration. On the example of the Office of Town and Commune of Głuchołazy the author scrutinizes kinds and possibilities of using public relations instruments. As a result, the consistency and efficiency of the image management system in the organization have been evaluated.	pl
