| dc.description.abstract | Praca poświęcona jest analizie zależności między cechami osobowości w ujęciu pięcioczynnikowym a właściwościami temperamentu oraz ich znaczeniem dla stylów funkcjonowania psychologicznego. Punktem wyjścia była koncepcja osobowości oparta na modelu Wielkiej Piątki, operacjonalizowana za pomocą kwestionariusza NEO-FFI, oraz regulacyjna teoria temperamentu J. Strelaua, mierzona przy użyciu FCZ-KT. W badaniu uwzględniono także wskaźniki stylu funkcjonowania, pozwalające na uchwycenie indywidualnych różnic w zakresie regulacji emocjonalnej i behawioralnej. Celem pracy była empiryczna weryfikacja hipotez dotyczących predykcyjnej roli wymiarów osobowości i temperamentu dla zróżnicowania stylów funkcjonowania. Zastosowano analizę korelacyjną oraz modele regresji wielokrotnej, umożliwiające ocenę względnego wkładu poszczególnych zmiennych. Wyniki wskazują na istotne statystycznie związki między wybranymi cechami osobowości (szczególnie neurotycznością i sumiennością) oraz właściwościami temperamentu (m.in. reaktywnością emocjonalną i wytrzymałością) a określonymi stylami funkcjonowania. Uzyskane rezultaty potwierdzają komplementarny charakter konstruktów osobowości i temperamentu oraz ich łączny udział w wyjaśnianiu różnic indywidualnych. Praca wnosi wkład do pogłębienia rozumienia mechanizmów regulacyjnych leżących u podstaw stylów funkcjonowania jednostki. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis is devoted to the analysis of relationships between personality traits within the Five-Factor Model and temperament characteristics, as well as their significance for styles of psychological functioning. The point of departure was a personality framework based on the Big Five model, operationalized using the NEO-FFI questionnaire, and Jan Strelau’s Regulative Theory of Temperament, measured with the FCZ-KT inventory. The study also included indicators of functioning styles, allowing for the identification of individual differences in emotional and behavioral regulation. The aim of the study was to empirically verify hypotheses concerning the predictive role of personality and temperament dimensions in differentiating styles of functioning. Correlational analyses and multiple regression models were applied to assess the relative contribution of individual variables. The results indicate statistically significant relationships between selected personality traits — particularly neuroticism and conscientiousness — and temperament characteristics, including emotional reactivity and endurance, as well as specific styles of functioning. The findings confirm the complementary nature of personality and temperament constructs and their joint contribution to explaining individual differences. The thesis contributes to a deeper understanding of regulatory mechanisms underlying individual styles of functioning. | en |
