| dc.description.abstract | Przedłożona praca ma na celu wskazanie źródeł i struktury dochodów budżetowych oraz charakteru wydatkowania środków budżetowych gminy Chełmiec, a także dokonanie rzetelnej oceny sytuacji finansowej wymienionej powyżej jednostki. Analiza budżetu obejmuje zakres czasowy od 2011 do 2013 roku. Szczegółowe pytania, na które starano się w niniejszej pracy odpowiedzieć są następujące: Czy gmina Chełmiec jest gospodarna w wykorzystywaniu środków budżetowych? oraz jak gmina Chełmiec mając do dyspozycji budżet aktywnie wpływa na lokalny rozwój gospodarczy? Praca obejmuje cztery rozdziały. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono gminę jako jednostkę samorządu terytorialnego. W rozdziale drugim omówiono gospodarkę budżetową gminy. W rozdziale trzecim dokonano charakterystyki warunków demograficzno-gospodarczych gminy Chełmiec. W ramach tego rozdziału wymieniono inwestycje zrealizowane przez gminę Chełmiec w latach 2011-2013. Z kolei w czwartym rozdziale zaprezentowano analizę struktury dochodów i wydatków budżetu gminy Chełmiec w latach 2011-2013. W ostatniej części tego rozdziału dokonano oceny sytuacji finansowej gminy Chełmiec z wykorzystaniem metod analizy wskaźnikowej. Wyniki badań ukazano w formie opisowej, w postaci wykresów oraz tabel. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | Submitted thesis aims to identify the sources and structure of budget revenues, the nature of the spending of budget resources of the municipality of Chełmiec, as well as to make a fair assessment of the financial situation of the above mentioned unit. The analysis of the budget included the temporal scope from 2011 until 2013 year. Specific questions for which seeks to answer in this thesis are as follows: Whether the municipality of Chełmiec is thrifty in the use of budget resources? and as the municipality of Chełmiec with the budget to actively affects on the local economic development? Thesis included four chapters. In the first chapter presented the municipality as the unit of local self-government. In the second chapter discussed the budgetary economy of the municipality. The third chapter made characteristics of demographic-economic conditions of the municipality of Chełmiec. In this chapter listed investments made by the municipality of Chełmiec in the years 2011-2013. In turn, in the fourth chapter represented an analysis of the structure of revenues and expenditures of the budget of the municipality of Chełmiec in the years 2011-2013. In the last part of this chapter made an assessment of the financial situation of the municipality of Chełmiec with used methods of the ratio analysis. The test results showed in the form of descriptive, in the character of graphs and tables. | pl |
